FAQ
Where are you based?
I'm based in Biloxi, Mississippi (Keesler AFB), and yes I love to travel! No travel fee if it's within 15 miles of 39531. Travel fee is based of IRS standard mileage rate ($0.725/mile in 2026).
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 2 weeks for family sessions, 3-4 weeks for event sessions & newborn sessions sessions. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order additional digital photos.
How do payments work?
In order to secure your booking date, I require 50% of the price upfront, and the remainder at least 7 days prior to the photoshoot. If you are sick or want to reschedule the session, I require 24 hours notice. For no show or cancellation within 24 hours, the retainer is non-refundable. I am flexible with payment plans and can split up payments as necessary.
My child has trouble sitting still—how do you handle sessions with young children?
As a boymom and someone who works with children with special needs, I completely understand that not every child enjoys sitting still for photos. I work patiently with each child’s temperament, allowing the session to flow at their pace. I often have my husband assist during sessions to help direct attention to the camera when needed. Bringing a small toy or comfort item that captures your child’s interest can be very helpful as well.
Are your session locations child-friendly?
Absolutely. I select locations that are safe for younger children and allow plenty of room to move, explore, or even run if needed. Comfort and freedom make for the best, most natural photos.
What precautions do you take for health and safety working with babies and children?
Our family’s safety is my top priority. I am fully COVID-19 and flu vaccinated, and I am happy to wear a mask if that makes you feel more comfortable.
How do you make children feel comfortable during the session?
I create a relaxed, playful environment and work at the child’s pace. My experience with children of all temperaments, combined with small prompts, fun toys, and natural guidance, ensures your little ones enjoy the session and feel at ease.
